BIOL 4355 - Tissue Culture

Credit Hours: 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 1

Students will learn how to manipulate cells in culture and develop laboratory skills in DNA transfection, gene expression, Luciferase assays and western blots.

Prerequisites: BIOL 3341 .
