ACCT 5731 - Artificial Intelligence in Accounting

This course introduces students to generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and has them utilize GenAI in accounting applications. The course covers understanding GenAI capabilities and limitations, applying GenAI tools effectively and efficiently, evaluating and validating GenAI inputs and outputs, and using GenAI responsibly and ethically. In addition, the course focuses on enhancing students’ soft skills and mindsets for a GenAI world.
