Modern programming techniques, continued. Continuation of SWEN 5236 with a review of intermediate programming topics including object-oriented programming structure and organization, requirements specification introduced. Programming topics will include recursion, design patterns, concurrent programming, graphical user interfaces, abstract data types, binary trees, binary search trees, heaps, hashing techniques, as well as the implementation of searching and sorting algorithms.
Prerequisites: SWEN 5236 .
