UH-Clear Lake’s Department of Accounting offers both a robust foundation in contemporary accounting and business principles and the well-rounded education that modern employers desire. UHCL is one of only two universities in Houston with an AACSB International accreditation specifically for accounting. Our degree provides you with the necessary edge to be successful while preparing for a career in auditing, forensic accounting, financial accounting, financial analysis, internal auditing, managerial accounting or tax planning.
