Students begin by pursuing a degree in the Department of Management at University of Clear Lake. There they will acquire the necessary leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills by completing coursework that focuses on entrepreneurship, small business management and administration, as well as electives including dispute resolution, organizational communication, human resources and employee training. Students will graduate with the expertise and training required to face a complex collection of challenges, whether financial, legal, environmental, human or material.
