Students minoring in Art History develop skills in visual literacy, visual analysis and critical thought. Courses at the 3300 and 4300 levels should be selected in consultation with the minor advisor.

Required courses in minor (6 hours)
Students are encouraged to complete these requirements during the first 6 hours of work toward the minor. These foundational courses may be taken concurrently with electives. Elective courses (9 hours)
Any Art History course at the 3300 and/or 4300 level selected with consultation with the minor advisor. HUMN 3375 courses count when the topic is Art History. Your elective courses may include one film studies class (under any rubric). |
