Grade Requirements
The College of Business requires a minimum of a 3.000 cumulative grade point average is required on course work taken at UHCL. No grade lower than a C is acceptable toward a graduate degree. This includes foundation work as well as the plan requirements. Grades of C- or lower are not acceptable. Degree Requirements
Students must complete the MHA core (15 hours), and a HADM certificate (9 hours), and two (2) electives (6 hours). HADM Certificate

The Healthcare Leadership Graduate Certificate is designed for professionals looking to build or advance careers in healthcare management and administration. This flexible, four-course program equips students with essential leadership skills in human resources, legal compliance, marketing, and quality improvement-preparing graduates to lead teams, drive organizational change, and navigate the complexities of today’s healthcare systems. Ideal for emerging managers, clinicians transitioning into administrative roles, and experienced professionals seeking leadership credentials. Choose three (3) of the following five (5) courses.
