Interdisciplinary Studies with a major in Early Childhood Education-Educator of Young Children, B.A.S. Degree Map


Admission to this program requires an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in an Early Childhood discipline or a minimum of 15 semester credit hours in an Early Childhood discipline. The plan listed below assumes the student has completed the Texas Core Curriculum, 9 hours of required lower-level coursework (ECED/TECA 1303, ECED/TECA 1318, ECED/TECA 1354) and 15 additional lower-level semester credit hours in an Early Childhood discipline. If any of these lower level requirements have not been met, it will take more time to complete this degree.
