Required for consideration for admission: Associate Degree in Nursing and a valid active unencumbered license to practice as an RN in Texas (conditional enrollment of ADN and awaiting NCLEX exam for licensure)
In addition to the 42 hours of lower-level core curriculum, a block of ADN nursing hours will be allowed for transfer.
A minimum of 30 upper-level hours in the nursing major must be taken at UHCL.
If a lower-level Statistics course is transferred in, students may choose an upper-level, 3 credit-hour elective in place of PSYC 4370
