EMGT 3333 - Fundamentals of Engineering Project Management

This course will provide important concepts of project management and the process groups as per the latest edition of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) provided by the Project Management Institute (PMI). An introduction will be made on how to plan and manage an engineering project (including scope and schedule) from beginning to end within engineering operations and technical organizations.
