CINF 4351 - Data Analytics Fundamentals

Taking the perspective of business problem-solving, and data-driven decision making, this course will introduce software tools and techniques to perform statistical analysis, data visualization, and model development to describe, predict, and prescribe actions for various business problems. Case studies are utilized to demonstrate how data analytics provides competitive advantages under different business scenarios. This is a hands-on course that emphasizes the use of Python to wrangle data and develop various analytic models. 

Prerequisites: CSCI 1470 or ITEC 2313, and STAT 3308 or MATH 1342, or instructor approved equivalents.
