ISAM 4368 - Project Management

This course covers the concepts, tools and techniques used for undertaking successful projects of all sizes. It includes the topics of project selection, planning and execution while accounting for scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, and communication. Includes exercises in project planning and budgeting as well as contemporary activities for risk management.

Prerequisites: Prerequisites: ISAM 3303 or equivalents.
