MATH 4348 - Introduction to Financial Math for Exam FM

This course is designed to help students prepare for the second actuarial exam. This course consists of introducing the basics of simple interest and discount, compound interest and simple annuities and studying sample actuarial examinations and related material. Students are given sample problems from past actuarial examinations to study outside of class. The solution of these problems and related material are discussed in class.
